Hours:

• In person drop off: Monday-Friday, 9-5:30 (09:00-17:30) and Saturday 10-5 (10:00-17:00)
• Drop box open 24/7

• Mail in your films on your own any time (see instructions below on how to mail in your film)
• $10 PRE PAID 2nd day air INBOUND SHIPPING LABEL (see instructions below on how to request this service)
• Flat rate return shipping cost of $10 no matter how many rolls or prints we are shipping back

• Films returned uncut in long sleeve
• Films cut and sleeved in archical sleeves upon request at no extra cost
• All scans delivered via cloud/email
• Files delivered by thumb drive upon request (customer must supply thumb drive/media)
  

• Develop only (35mm/120)

• Basic scan = Jpeg file size aproximately 1000X1500 pixels (35mm/120/Disposable camera) - $10
• Optional: Export as TIFF/BMP - ADD $10

• Hi-Res scan = Jpeg file size aproximately 2400X3600 pixels (35mm/120/Disposable camera)
• Optional: Export as TIFF/BMP - ADD $10

• 4X6 - $8 per roll (for the entire roll)
• 5X7 - $12 per roll (for the entire roll)

• 4X5 sheet film: $6 per sheet (dev+scan)*
• 5X7 sheet film: $12 per sheet (dev+scan)*
• 8X10 sheet film: $24 (dev+scan)*

• All half frame service priced a 2X the rate

• All films requiring a manual feed or manual load operations will incur a surcharge of $10. This is usually the case with very old films or other films that cannot be auto fed in our scanner. This also applies to specialty formats such as 116, 616, 818, 127 and other rarities that must be hand loaded on custom reels.

• Color (C41) and Black & White in all formats: 110, 35mm, 120, 4X5, 5X7, 8X10
• We also process disposable cameras!
• ***BW film is processed every morning and may be delayed, depending on drop off time.
• E-6: Cross processing (via C41) available at no extra charge for all formats
• WE DO NOT PROCESS KODAKCHROME

1. Please email us at [email protected] to requst the "pre paid mail in service" 
2. After getting your email request for this service, we will invoice you via paypal
3. Once paid, we will send over a prepaid Fedex 2nd day air shipping label for you to send in your film as a PDF file
4. Print the PDF, tape it to the a fedex envelope (found for free at any Fedex location or office)
5. Drop your film into the envelop
6. DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE: 1. your contact info (full name, email address, phone number, return shipping address if return is request), 2. your service request (basic, hi-res, print service or any other additional services)
7. Drop the envelope at a Fedex drop box, service counter/office or hand to any Fedex driver
8. Once the lab receives your mailed in film, your order will be checked in and you will get an invoice via Paypal to pay for your order

• If you want your order shipped back to you, please include your return shipping address

• Basic (Dev+Scan), Hi-Res (Dev+Scan) or any additional services
• Prints (4X5 or 5X7)
• Return shipping service

• Once the lab receives your mailed in film, your order will be checked in and you will get an invoice via Paypal to pay for your order
• When the order is complete, the lab will send you a link to download your files and ship the negatives/prints back to you if requested
• You can also always pick the negatives up during regular hours after the order is complete

• Use clear "ziplock" plastic baggies, thin poly mailers or paper envlopes (Please do NOT use boxes or bubble mailers)
• Each drop off must include the following info inside the bag: 1. Clear contact info (full name, email, phone number)
• your service request (basic, hi-res, print service or any other additional services)
• Return shipping service (include your return shipping address, return shipping cost: flat rate of $10 regardless of the number of rolls)

• Once the lab gets your film, your order will be checked in and you will get an invoice via Paypal to pay for your order
• When the order is complete, the lab will send you a link to download your files and ship the negatives back to you if requested to have them back
• You can also always pick the negatives up during regular hours after the order is complete
