• This is a SCSI only scanner, which can be used with any modern Windows PC computer, though running on XP is easier and recommended. We can supply a powerful I5 Dell tower, which is preloaded with software and ready to go out of the box for 300$, inquire with us before purchase
• We STRONGLY recommend running this on a PC/Windows machine. You can use this scanner with any Windows OS: Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 and 11
• SCSI is slightly slower than FW (25-30% reduction in file transfer speed), in this case, the max res scan making the largest possible fire this scanner can produce (close to 800MB) will take about 8 minutes, the full res 35mm vertical scan of the target chart (last photo) took about 90 seconds
• Due to the fact this is a SCSI only machine, this scanner is compatible ONLY with the last SCSI versions of the FlexColor software (4.0.3PC / 4.0.4MAC) which is free to download from Hasselblad's website (and other free online sources, we can provide the install file as well if needed)
• We are happy to help set up and install this scanner on any PC machine, sorry, we cant help you with a MAC install. We are happy to provide a basic tutorial on using this scanner (45 minutes) at no cost

• Advansys ASC3030 PCI SCSI card with CN50->HD50 cable (ready to be used out of the box), drivers for this card are ONLY supported up to Windows XP, newer OS will need some tinkering to make this card work
• No holders or carriers are included, but those are readily available, brand new on Ebay and from other vendors, we have a limited supply of used original carriers, check out other listings
Film carriers are available from us, or can be purchased from various vendors on Ebay or elsewhere.
